Kristin Britton - Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council

Kristin Britton is currently the Public Policy Strategist for the Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council.

Prior to joining the MDDC, Mrs. Britton spent thirteen years of her career in the banking and finance industries in the Boston, Massachusetts area. She was Assistant Banking Center Manager with Bank of America in Somerville, MA, responsible for consumer and business customer relationships, loss prevention training, audit and security requirements, sales goals and sales incentive programs.

She held previous positions in the Financial Department at Children's Hospital Boston; PNC Bank ClearSky Division, Citizens Bank and BankBoston where she was recognized for outstanding performance and exceeded goals.

Pursuant to receiving a cochlear implant, Kristin became a Consultant with Advanced Bionics Corporation. In addition to collaborating with their Research and Development teams on software strategies and product enhancements for cochlear implants, she also speaks at seminars, training sessions and conferences on behalf of their products and services.

Mrs. Britton received her MHA from the Sawyer School of Management and her BA from Emerson College. She is also a team leader and planning committee member of AutismSpeaks where she has received numerous awards for her fundraising contributions.
