Richard Stein – Nixon Peabody LLP

Richard Stein is a Partner at the law firm Nixon Peabody LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. His practice focuses on the representation of life science, technology and other entities in corporate, merger and acquisition, contract and related matters.

Mr. Stein received his B.A. degree cum laude from Brandeis University in 1973, and his J.D. degree cum laude from Boston College Law School in 1976. He was formerly a member of the Office of General Counsel of Raytheon Company and he is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

In addition to serving on the Board of Advisors for The Gift of Hearing Foundation, Richard is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Boston Cares. Mr. Stein is a frequent lecturer and writer on a number of high technology issues.
