Here are more ideas for how you can help the gohf
share the gift of hearing.

• Hold a "Friend-raiser," yard sale, raffle, music or dance performance, or sporting event from which proceeds are donated to the GOHF.

• Consider the GOHF as your cause for athletic competitions such as marathons, runs, walks, cycling events, etc.

• Start a club in your school to raise funds for the GOHF

• Donate items for us to auction off at our events, such as

  • Use of a vacation home

  • Sports tickets

  • Works of art

  • Memorabilia

• Become a member of our Board of Directors! We meet 5 times a year and hiatus during the summer months, so the time commitment is manageable.

• Bequests: Keep the GOHF in mind when you are considering bequests from your estate or when a loved one passes.

• Gifts: Remember the GOHF when you want to make a meaningful gift to someone. Make a donation in their name, and we will post your gift on our website for the recipient to see.

• Purchases: When you buy one of the numerous cochlear-themed designs from AuDBling, part of your purchase is donated to the GOHF, and remember to shop on Smile.Amazon and designate the GOHF to receive .5% of the value of your purchases!

You can also help the GOHF accomplish its mission by donating your used CI equipment, participating in and chairing support groups, and spreading the word about cochlear implants and how they can make a difference in the lives of deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.
